Consent Form

By completing this form you agree to the creation of a secure profile for the act which you represent (hereby referred to as “The Act”. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information in this profile will be accurate to your knowledge and that you will upkeep the record to reflect changes as necessary.

Purposes of your profile
This profile is required to inform XL Entertainment and their partners of The Act, its members and its nature. Through this profile you will be added, free of charge, to the XL Entertainment roster. As part of the roster you will be able to request performance slots at appropriate XL Entertainment events or partner events and The Act will be put forward to partners if the nature of The Act aligns with the event brief. XL Entertainment reserve the right to include The Act and its images in marketing material.

Record keeping
By completing this form you confirm your understanding that a record of your profile will be kept in compliance with GDPR (2018) regulations. As such, you maintain the right to request that the record be removed – such requests should be made in writing to administration@xlentertainment.co.uk

Payment
Payment is typically made through BACS and accompanied with an invoice but in the event that payment must be made through your online account then this will be handled securely and in compliance with GDPR. As XL Entertainment is a promoter and not an employer, The Act remains responsible for any deductions that must be made from moneys earned.
